Our real estate asset management function encompasses asset operations, asset enhancement and asset turnaround for assets across sectors and geographies. Our asset managers use their years of experience and exposure to regional markets and property cycles to put in place value-enhancing initiatives best suited to the particular asset under their management.
We safeguard asset values in challenging market conditions and optimise asset yield through aggressive revenue management, cost controls and enhancement programmes. At the same time, we maximise returns through out-of-the-box asset management and creative exit strategies. A living example is the complete transformation and repositioning of Wisma Atria, from a tired asset into one of the most vibrant prime retail malls on Singapore’s Orchard Road.
In addition to managing properties under our portfolio, the asset management divisions also manages portfolios on behalf of our clients, using specially formulated strategies and operational platforms to best suit and enhance the appointed real estate stable.
