Real Estate Fund Management calls for a different but related set of skills. Unlike Investment Management, Fund Management focuses on the creation of a portfolio investment strategy that can supervise risk adjusted returns over the life of the fund, consistent with the investment interest and objectives of our investors.
By accurately reading real estate trends and analysing prevalent market conditions, our Fund Management team develops strategies and products that respond to the current and future needs of investors. We concurrently work our network of institutional players to source for investors whose interests are aligned to these investment strategies and invite them to take a stake in these funds. Throughout the entire life cycle of the fund, our fund managers interact with the asset management team to conduct regular portfolio reviews, reviews the fund’s performance and, where appropriate, structures exit strategies to deliver optimal risk-adjusted returns to investors.
