An equity stake in a joint venture for two residential sites in Bangkok with listed Asian Property Development (APD), one of the largest residential property developers in downtown Bangkok. The two land parcels at Soi 12 in Sathorn and Ratchadapisek close to mass transit stops will yield some 1,500 condominium units when fully developed by 2010.
